We are excited to announce our $150M Series C led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Sequoia Capital, Blackstone, Insight Partners, Evantic Capital, 20VC, NEA, and Mantis VC. This puts Factory's valuation at $1.5B and will accelerate our investment in research, product, and global go-to-market.
We started Factory three years ago with a single mission: bring autonomy to software engineering. Today, Droids are used daily by hundreds of thousands of developers across enterprises including Nvidia, Adobe, EY, Palo Alto Networks, and Adyen. For each of the past six months, we've doubled revenue month over month. Enterprises worldwide are building fully autonomous software factories on our platform, designed to work with any model, any interface, and every stage of development.
The Factory platform itself has undergone a step-function change. Droids have evolved from best-in-class software development agents into full-spectrum autonomous systems that operate as the critical unit across multiple functions across a software business. We introduced Missions, enabling Droids to coordinate long-horizon, multi-step, multi-agent workflows that tackle weeks' worth of work. We shipped Factory Desktop, bringing Droids natively to your machine with full system access and local context. Now anything that can be done on a computer, can be done with a Droid. And we maintained our status as #1 across the leading software development agent benchmarks.
We have assembled the strongest team in agentic software development. Our engineers, researchers, operators, and go-to-market leaders come from some of the best organizations in the world. We hire for clock speed and conviction, and every person at Factory is here because they believe autonomy in software engineering is inevitable and imminent.
This capital allows us to go further, faster.
We are building the definitive platform for agent-native development—where software is no longer written line by line, but produced by autonomous systems operating in parallel. The next phase of the platform will focus on optimized model routing and cost control, always-on agents, advanced enterprise-grade governance, and real measurement of agent readiness and effectiveness at scale.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Factory journey so far. It is about to get a whole lot more exciting. If you are unreasonably ambitious and want to work on the highest-leverage technology of our time, join us.
Long live developers.
