Factory is expanding its footprint with the opening of a New York City office this January to support our rapidly growing East Coast customer base. As agent-native development moves into production across financial services and large enterprises, many of the teams leading that shift are based in New York.

New York is home to some of the most advanced engineering organizations in the world. From fast-growing tech companies to global financial institutions, teams are moving beyond autocomplete and towards agentic delegation. Factory already works with customers across New York, including Bilt, Profound, Rogo, and two of the world’s largest global banks, helping redefine how software gets built with agents.
