Factory Expands to Japan

Factory is expanding across Asia and opening an office in Tokyo, Japan, to support exploding customer demand across the region.

Japan is home to many of the world's largest banks, manufacturers, telecoms, and electronics companies. These organizations run some of the world's most complex software environments and set a global standard for innovation at scale.

To lead this expansion, we're thrilled to announce that Seiji Sasaki will join Factory as President & GM of Japan.

Seiji has spent his career building and scaling transformative technology businesses in the region. Most recently, he led go-to-market and served as Site Lead for OpenAI Japan. Previously, he was VP and GM for Japan and Korea at Slack, where he grew the business and the team from early entry into one of Slack's largest international markets.
