Responsibilities

Factory is bringing autonomy to software engineering. We're looking for a Field Marketer to accelerate our presence across the developer ecosystem and drive high-leverage GTM initiatives. You'll own programs that connect Factory's brand and product directly with engineering teams, partners, and customers through events, campaigns, and creative storytelling.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and developer relations. You'll plan and execute campaigns that drive pipeline, strengthen relationships with enterprise accounts, and amplify the voice of Factory in the field.

What You Will Do and Achieve

  • Own the field marketing strategy. Build and execute an integrated marketing plan to grow awareness, accelerate deals, and expand adoption within key markets and accounts.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM. Collaborate with account executives, biz ops, and product marketing to design programs that drive qualified pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
  • Create exceptional experiences. Produce events, meetups, and sponsorship activations that showcase Droids in action - from developer workshops and roadshows to flagship conferences.
  • Activate the developer community. Engage and grow the Factory community by partnering with influencers, partners, and customers to highlight how teams are building autonomously with Factory.
  • Measure, learn, and iterate. Track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI across campaigns. Build repeatable playbooks for future regional and industry activations.
  • Champion the Factory brand. Ensure every touchpoint—from event signage to social campaigns - reflects our voice, vision, and mission to bring autonomy to software engineering.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of experience in field, growth, or product marketing at a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact events and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Experience working closely with Sales or GTM teams to support regional or account-based goals.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Passion for technology, developers, and storytelling that moves people to act.

The team is based in our San Francisco office (walking distance to Caltrain) and works together in person five days a week.
